Ah my good friend, I apologize for today's earlier comment. It was Immature and rude, plus an infringement on your civil rights. Rights that I as an American Soldier swore to defend, on my life, to defend at the ripe old age of seventeen, then again at nineteen when I reenlisted. So I might have been a little rude when I woke up on the day after Thanksgiving, I am currently stationed on the other side of the earth from the country that I swore to defend, just like my father in Nam and his father in WWII. So when I woke up at 3:30 A.M. to bake a turkey with my Mechanic buddy it might have made me a little rude. I checked your other comments and little posts on Deviant art. You seem very educated, so it makes my wonder why you where harassing a marine for posting his version of art? But it wouldn’t be the first time an American citizen has blamed a grunt for the wrongs in the world. When the real blame is on the people, that the people voted for. So here is the deal, I would defend my country one way or another no matter who is in charge. I am a strong believer in the constitution, and the way it was meant to be read. So I thank you for using the rights that my family and I swore are lives on. A lot of people like to label themselves as liberals and conservatives. I really don’t care ether way, I think people should be able to do what every the heck they want. But the world ain’t perfect. Trust me my friend I don’t hate you for the way you think. Your a human being. Just like me, you are run my the same cells and chemicals. But I just don’t like it when people bad mouth the soldiers that defend their country. I know you don’t owe me anything, but I wish you would do me a favor on this day of Thanksgiving and take the time to thank the people all around the world that have given much to secure your freedom. My self I only have a disabled father in his late 50's, that spent the last days of his youth in a war that people spit on him for fighting honorably in, that I can’t be with. But many of my friends have wives, husbands, children, and loved one that they would give their lives for to secure their freedom, that they can’t be with. So my fellow human and American I apologize. But every fight has two sides to it.
